Shipping & Handling

Orders placed Tuesday through Saturday by 12 p.m. CST are shipped the same day. 

Orders placed after 12 p.m. CST are shipped the next business day.

Orders placed on Sunday or Monday will be shipped out the following Tuesday.

 

My Giving Tree Gift Shop & Gallery will process your order within 3-5 business days of the order being placed. We will pack, ship, and communicate your order status to you, and send a tracking number for your package(s).

For pickup orders: We will notify you when your order is ready to be picked up. Pickup orders must be picked up within 10 days of notification that the order is ready for pickup, or we will cancel the order and return the goods to the sales floor.
